Psychotherapy is a process that affords the opportunity to reflect
on what is and what is not working in your life. My approach is tailored to the individual. I will take an active
role in working to identify what your issues are and what may be helpful to address them.

The therapeutic relationship is a central part of my work and
I emphasize creating a safe and comfortable environment in which self-exploration may flourish. My patients find
me to be accessible, easy to talk to and well-equipped to accompany them on their therapeutic journey.
My experience spans 20 years working with a range of individuals from all
walks of life. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in schools, inpatient and outpatient facilities,
and for the last 16 years in private practice in Oldwick. We will work together to create a meaningful treatment
experience.
